So what is your plan to get your name in front of college coaches?
How are you going to separate yourself from the other 2k players?

This is how the process works:
After you tell your school you want to enter your name in the portal, your name is added to a website only college baseball coaches can access.
The website shows your name, school, and email
That’s it.
No numbers.
No metrics
No position Nothing.
So you can imagine that with over 2,200 players on this list unless someone happens to recognize your name, it’s nearly impossible to stand out.
You’re just a number at this point.
Unless you don’t want to be.
I have helped over a dozen players in the portal find their new schools in June so far.
There’s 2 ways I help players:
1. Reach out to new schools on your behalf and personally talk to the coach about you.
2. Help you decide what school is the right fit for you. (I know the strengths and weaknesses of each program)
I have worked with players who have had over 10 D1 offers in the portal when we started working together, and I’ve worked with players who didn’t have any offers until I started working with them.
Every player I’ve worked with has found a school to play at.
But that’s not the most important thing; it’s making sure it’s the RIGHT fit for you.
Or else you’re back in the portal, Lol.

"When I entered the portal, I felt very overwhelmed. I was unsure of recruiting timelines, how to target schools, and how to gain exposure. I didn’t know how to best handle conversations with coaches or promote myself in an effective manner. I reached out to Patrick for help navigating the uncertainty. After my first meeting with Patrick, we were able to determine the things to look for in programs and schools that fit my goals. He then laid out a plan of attack that consisted of how to get in contact with the coaches of schools within my parameters, how to navigate conversations, and tips for progressing past initial contact. From there, execution of his plan plus the utilization of Patrick's extremely wide-reaching connections launched my recruiting process into a new gear. Consistent contact with him allowed for us to best tackle new opportunities and situations as they came up. Before I knew it, I was a pro at sifting through the chaos of the transfer portal. It wasn’t long after my first contact with Patrick that I found a program that was a perfect fit.
Anyone about to enter the portal, currently in the portal, or just thinking of getting in the portal can find Patrick’s services extremely beneficial. He has advanced knowledge of the portal and programs that help create the right targets for players. He has unmatched experience with collegiate coaches that grants him an understanding of the subtleties of recruiting. Finally, his connections within the baseball world can not be understated. Patrick has the ability to gain insight on every factor involved in the recruiting process; there was not one question I had throughout my working relationship with Patrick that he did not already have the answer to or was not able to quickly find out. Patrick Jones is a seemingly necessary resource for anyone looking to come out of the transfer portal with a great fit."
My process goes like this:

Evaluation
My evaluation of you starts with looking at your data and watching you on video. I have someone on my staff who does a deep dive into each player’s data, so I have all the background information for a complete assessment. The evaluation’s last and most important part is talking with you and your parents. I stay in touch with former clients and consider them part of my family. I want to work with people who want to work with me.

Expectation
If you think you should be playing in the SEC and my evaluation doesn’t add up, I won’t be able to help you. We have to agree on the level you would currently best fit for.

Plan
Once the evaluation is complete and our expectations are aligned, it’s time to make a plan. Luckily, I already have contacts at each level across the country. From Power 5 to JUCO and everything in between. So getting in touch with coaches won’t be an issue. Your evaluation will be a significant determining factor in our plan.
For example: Let’s say you want to pitch in the big leagues and need a good pitching coach, then I will contact schools with a pitching coach with a track record of developing pitchers.
While I’m contacting coaches on your behalf, you continue to develop and work on your craft.
Because of time, this is a sprint, not a marathon. Things move fast.
July is almost here, so college coaches will want their rosters filled up, so they can take a few weeks off in early August and spend time with their families before school starts.
Unfortunately, there are only so many more spots left on each roster.
